Feelings are complex and most of us aren't taught how to work with them. It's tricky to work with our emotions. Sometimes we need someone to witness us and hold space for us as we weave in and out of exploration and safety. We hope to help you investigate in curious and creative ways.

Healing Bear Wellness invites clients to use a mind/body/spirit approach to engage with oneself and the world. This approach blends traditional therapy time indoors as well as time spent outdoors.
